I've been ordering from Stefano's for years and they are consistently good. The food is typical neighborhood pizza store faire but everything is great.
My family and I really enjoy their Stefano fries. It's french fries topped with cheese, ranch sauce, and bacon bits. Their hoagies are good too with fresh bread and fresh produce.
They're very fast, you can eat in, take out, or get delivery. -

Good location in Bensalem. Decent amount of inside seating. Looked family run, they were friendly and busy. Went with a couple of plain pies and asked for well done.
The crust was on the soft end and pretty thick and doughy. Looks like they sprinkle some oregano and grated cheese before they box it up. The sauce needed a little more flavor to it in my opinion. It was a bit bland. The cheese was good and it was balanced well with the sauce. The slices held up pretty well. The shell and crust are on the thicker side so you get a bit more of a doughy taste in each bite.
Overall I'd say this is a solid pie but better can be found locally. That being said I would eat this pizza again or try other menu items. -

Probably the best calzone I've eaten in a long time. The ricotta tasted fresh and melted with the mozzarella. The spinach was in clumps in the calzone, but it might be hard to spread out. It was greasy and delicious with a hard crust. It had Parmesan and garlic on top. The personal size was enough for 1 person for lunch and dinner. It also came with the best tomato sauce I've had in a long time. It was sweet rather than acidic, which I like a lot.

Got the steak stuffed pizza, broccoli bites and 20 wings. Wings were awesome, crispy, had plenty of meat on the bone and weren't soggy. Broccoli bites were also awesome. Pizza was good, needed some salt or pepper just for taste but other then that it was good. We're going to have left overs for days since a stuffed pizza is huge. We will def be returning here!

The biggest question in my household is where is Stefano's 1??? Did it go under? Every time you pass this place it's completely dead and the only reason I can think of is that the pizza tastes like it was made in Alabama, not the east coast. The dough tastes like it was made from an easy bake oven kit.
It doesn't taste like New York Pizza but it also doesn't taste like Pizza Hut Pizza. I don't think I've ever had a pie quite like theirs and that's not saying much.
It's such a shame because they have such a great location. Take the extra 2 minutes and drive down to Old Friends and get a real pie.
